the location was perfect, with great access to public transport and the airport buses just down the street. the breakfast was superb and the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable with basic facilities such as a kettle and complementary water. We particularly enjoyed the view from the windows. Despite the elevator being small, it was quite convenient.

The bathroom lights were not good, making for an unpleasant experience.

Location is very convenient. Close to public transportation, including buses and metro stations. the breakfast is delicious and there are many options to choose from. the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so some parts of the hotel are not accessible, including the restaurant. the furniture in the rooms is a bit old and worn out, and the electric kettles were not cleaned properly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the superb breakfast and location down the street to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially John and Hasan who provided excellent customer service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The location is perfect, close to bus and ferry stations. The breakfast served in the neighboring hotel is very nice. The staff, especially Jan, is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. Highly recommend staying here, especially in the Kadikoy area.

Nothing to fault.

The hotel was in a handy location just a short stroll from the bus station. It was also located near the water and a quick ferry ride to the old town. The breakfast spread was sumptuous with a wide variety of options available every morning.

The hotel was undergoing renovation at the time of my visit. This meant that the upper floors were not easily accessible.
